When I established BROMsolutions AG, I was not only putting my vision into action, I was also turning a long-held dream into reality. For me, it’s all about people. I’m passionate about inspiring people and connecting them – it’s what drives me. I’ve been a partner at BROMsolutions AG since 2003. My focus is on SAP/IT recruitment and I’m convinced that this specialisation delivers genuine added value to our clients and candidates. I’m dedicated and passionate about recruiting and have been part of the BROMsolutions AG team for almost 10 years. I relish every opportunity to professionally advise and guide candidates through their job search until they find the perfect employer. I spend my free time running and practising yoga.

I’m a motivated, reliable and energetic problem-solver. Helping people find their dream job and watching them grow and develop – that has been spurring me on for over 10 years. The best part of my job? The close, long-lasting relationships. In my free time I go dancing to burn off energy or jet off around the world.

Supporting candidates through the application process up to the signing of the contract is incredibly satisfying and inspiring. I see myself as communicative, helpful and always upbeat, so outside the office I keep myself busy with team sports, dancing and travel.

Recruiting is my enthusiasm. I'm motivated by looking at people as individuals and applying their strengths in the right company. The interaction with different personalities is particularly important to me. I find peace and balance in dancing, yoga and fitness.
