Your challenge

• Defining and developing the SAP analytics and BI strategy in collaboration with the business, IT and master data management
• Leading and developing a strong team of data analysts, data engineers and developers
• Centralize the various SAP BI activities and resources under a unified management structure, resulting in greater efficiency and expertise
• Coordination and monitoring of the SAP analytics and BI project portfolio including responsibility for setting the budget
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of existing BI processes and data management
• Take advantage of technological developments by selecting the right SAP BI tools, technologies and platforms
• Budget responsibility for SAP BI cost centre
• Managing the relationships with stakeholders in different business functions

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business informatics or related fields
• At least 5 years in a leadership role in SAP data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in an industrial and international environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Proven track record in project management
• Experience with SAP BW4/HANA, Data Warehouse, SAP Analytic Clouds (SAC), Power BI and MS Office
• Affinity with business processes and driving business success through process improvement
• Analytical mindset
• Effective communication skills that enable collaboration across organizational levels and functions
• Fluent in German and English
