Your challenge

• Own the product vision and roadmap, supporting the transformation from CRM 7.0 (on premise) to SAP S/4HANA CM (Customer Management)
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including release planning
• Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize requirements
• Translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories
• Drive initiatives end-to-end from ideation to successful delivery
• Ensure data quality, process consistency, and compliance
• Support adoption through training, communication, and change management
• Enable and drive system adoption across multiple countries

Your qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Several years proven experience as a Consultant in a CRM related environment, ideally with SAP CRM or S/4HANA CM
• Strong understanding of sales, service, and customer processes
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence, Azure DevOps, all MS office applications etc.
• Experience in global rollouts and change management
• Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders also in high management positions
• Knowledge of data, BI, or marketing automation is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
