Your challenge
- Lead and govern global SAP projects and programs in alignment with IT and business strategy
- Define and drive the global SAP architecture roadmap focusing on scalability, interoperability, and sustainability
- Establish and maintain governance, methodologies, and best practices for SAP projects and architecture
- Partner with business stakeholders and IT leaders to translate business needs into innovative SAP solutions
- Monitor technological trends in SAP and enterprise architecture to foster innovation
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- 10+ years of professional experience in SAP Project Management and SAP Architecture, including global leadership roles
- Expertise in SAP Project and Program Management, SAP Architecture Design and Governance, S/4HANA Transformation, and enterprise wide SAP integration
- Experience in change management and business process optimization
- Strong leadership, strategic and analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across global teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) German is an advantage
