Your challenge

• Collaborate actively with internal departments and subsidiaries as well as manage assigned SAP procurement projects
• Serve as SAP Super User for procurement company wide and support procurement staff with SAP related issues
• Develop and maintain the global SAP procurement system standards focusing on digitalization and automation
• Lead and support a Key User network for SAP procurement processes, including training new and existing employees
• Manage SAP procurement master data and contribute to process optimizations and internal SCM training programs
• Assist the Head of Corporate Procurement with data processing, reporting, and preparing presentations and analyses for management

Your qualifications

• Commercial or technical basic education, with further training in procurement or a completed degree and several years of experience in procurement
• Project management experience and strong affinity for analyzing complex tasks
• Proficient SAP skills in SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement and Ariba, along with a strong command of common MS Office tools
• Efficient and detail-oriented working style with high productivity
• Constructive teamwork through good and communicative collaboration
• Business fluent English (C1) spoken and written and German skills are an advantage
