Your challenge

• Manage the operational SAP/ERP area, including resource and budget planning
• Develop and implement SAP solutions tailored to business requirements
• Ensure integration and optimization of SAP modules and processes
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement in the SAP/ERP landscape
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects successfully

Your qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
• Several years of leadership experience
• Proven expertise in SAP and ERP landscapes (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, PM)
• Experience in implementing and optimizing SAP solutions
• Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards in SAP
• Strong communication and leadership skills, ideally in an agile work environment
• Additional SAP certifications and consulting experience are an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
